Please try setting the 5222 to record 24/7 and check the output files for it and let us know if it results in the same thing...

I replaced the 2310 cameras with Reolink cameras since my Reolink NVR doesn't have this problem. If I use the dlink system again, it'll be in a situation where playback reliability isn't a concern. Thank you for your attention on this.

Would have been nice to know if the 5222 camera has the same experience. To know weather if it was a camera or NVR issue.
