Firmware latest Is not ready for primetime IMO!!!!!!

For 5009, 5010 and 5020 latest firmware updates causing problems many problems with cameras including remote pan and tilt via PC and mobile devices.
Reversing to prior firmware eliminated problem.
To add to the incompetence, the latest version of Java (as of today) does not permit remote access via PC to view not change settings.  Viewing is not a problem on mobile devices but full array of settings cannot be changed on mobile devices by design.
Please fix this. Itís unprofessional for customers to do your troubleshooting and waste hours. I shou.ld send you  a bill but I canít. But I can as a customer hammer you by contacting the BBB and posting about it online.
