If you have upgraded to Java 7 update 21, you may notice a pop-up Security Warning message prompting you to select “Block” or “Don't Block.” Please choose "Don't Block" within mydlink. This is a known issue from Java's latest release. We are currently working on a solution to fix this inconvenience. If you happened to block this application and are not able to use mydlink, please Contact Us @ mydlink.com/contact
. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience.
For any remote web browser access and operation with the mydlink.com web site to work correctly, Oracle Technology Networks Java application needs to be install on any Apple OSX, MS Windows or Linux PC
devices as the mydlink.com web site requires and works with the Java application to enable the Cloud access features of various Cloud enabled D-Link products from a remote location.
Mobile devices like pads or cell phones do not require this as they have the mydlink mobile application.
