The following D-Link USA Website bug/issue list contains the collective contribution of the D-Link forum community. If you would like to contribute to this list, please post your suggestions as a reply to this thread.

Below is a summary of everyone's input thus far. Please let me know if I over-generalized, misrepresented, or missed anyone's concerns and I'll refresh the list with updates.

The following items have been resolved or fixed:
[Added 09/19/2013] Home Solutions (and other pages) - Social link icons are displayed behind the main D-Link logo on the upper left corner of page (Issue observed on Firefox and Opera) (http://www.dlink.com)
Fixed.

[Added 09/19/2013] DAP 1522 > Support - Firmware v1.41 download appears at the bottom of the download list (rather than chronological like the remainder of the items on the page), making the latest firmware easy to overlook (http://www.dlink.com/us/en/support/product/dap-1522-xtreme-n-duo-wireless-n-access-point?revision=us_reva)
Fixed.

[Added 05/20/2013] Intelligent Chat - Response is incorrect when the virtual agent is unable to offer a solution. Message displayed is "I am sorry, but I don't know what to suggest. We're sorry that we couldn't answer your questions. It has been recorded and will be updated to the Virtual Agent as soon as possible. If your question is urgent, you can submit an email by clicking here". The link provided does not offer the ability to send an email, but rather opens a popup window to the following URL: (http://www.dlink.com/us/en/support)
Fixed.

[Added 07/30/2012] [Updated from Previous Entry] General - All links to the Yahoo Widget point to bad URLs and should be replaced with a message describing their unavailability status (current message provides false expectations that the widgets are available for download and gives the impression that D-Link is unaware that they were discontinued) (http://www.dlink.com/us/en/home-solutions/support/faqs/routers/where-can-i-get-the-yahoo-widget-for-my-dir-655660-router)
Link removed.

[Added 07/20/2012] Connect (Landing Page) - The statement "When choosing a new router, itís well worth looking for products that support the Wireless N standard to get the best performance out of your network" is no longer true with the release of the DIR-865L and ac protocol. Recommend keeping the website protocol agnostic to reduce website maintenance (http://www.dlink.com/us/en/home-solutions/connect) Web site format changed.

[Added 07/20/2012] Where to Buy > Retailers - Except for the few retailers with one location, the addresses used for national chains seems random (different States). Recommend removing addresses from all national retailers and rely on the retailer websites to provide that information. This approach also reduces website maintenance if a location closes its doors (http://www.dlink.com/us/en/home-solutions/where-to-buy)
Fixed.

[Added 07/20/2012] Forum - No links or reference to the Support Forum. Recommend placing the link in multiple locations: (1) the footer of every page, grouped with the Support "Quick Links"; (2) Support landing page on the left menu. Added link to main support site tool bar


[Added 07/02/2012] Support - The support page does not provide a way to only show EOL products. Using the Show/Hide options, it's possible to view All Available products OR Available Products + EOL, but not All EOL only (http://dlink.com/us/en/home-solutions/support?tab=all&po=true) Web site format changed.

I presume this is a typo and needs to be reviewed and corrected by the Web site group. I'm seeing the following text information on right side of page:
Dual Band Performance Ė Up to 450Mbps (2.4GHz) + 300Mbps (5GHz) to deliver fast wireless speeds and less interference for maximum throughput.

and

I think the rates and frequencies text is swapped around and would be mis-leading to users looking at this information. 450Mb is supported on 5Ghz and 300Mb on 2.4Ghz.  ::)
