DSR500 LAN:;, gateway: second router WAN2 use IP to connect to DSR500 lan Static DNS: dest:; mask; gateway:

in the DSR500 to ping is ok. my machine ip is which can not ping

Any other configurations need to setup? I used DSR250 for static DNS. it simple to setup and work fine.

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

Usually you can't access resources across different sub nets or networks. Might check the user manual for some Route configuration information that could be used.
