I've got the same problem here.  Myldink plug in install failed - and i've tried everything suggeseted on this forum.  In addition, Chrome and Safari now seems to be unsupported, leaving only Firedfox to use.  So can't access MYdlink account online and the mobile apps are clunky, slow and frequently freezing.  ie useless.  TBH they have never been good.  Totally fed up with MYdlink experience and about to ditch the cameras.  The whole thing just doesn't seem functional.

You'll have to keep a compatible browser install to be able to use mydlink.com going forward.

FireFox 52.9.0 (64-bit) works for me in OSX 10.14.6.

Good Luck.
