DNR-322L Manual Record : "Enabled"
« on: June 06, 2014, 06:14:12 AM »

Hi, I,m new to this forum . I,m having few problem after upgraded to v2.00b07 . It should be all cause by 1 problem .

1. Setup > Recording Schedule > Manual Record : "Enabled" .

 - If i,m not wrong. , it should be "Disable" . No matter how I change my settings(Recording Mode) , it keep
   showing "Enabled" .

 - I've called up dlink CS to troubleshoot this issue , but can't resolve . Advise me to bring down to the CS to
   check .

 - Dlink CS replaced another unit with v2.00b07 firmware upgraded . Bring back setup everything was fine .
2 days later found device forgotten to not update on mydlink account , so arrange the configuration .

 - After config the settings found "Manual Record : "Enabled"" again .

 - Tried System Restart, Restore To Factory Default Settings & all don't work .

 - Restore To Factory Default Settings don't even change anything , only password reset , the others camera
    settings still around .

2. Status > Camera Settings

 - Connection Status : Connected

 - Recording Status : No Recording

3. Live Video

 - Camera Played : Recording Mode not appeal on the screen(round icon in red & blue) .

4. Live Video

 - All camera icon was played & logout server , relogin & camera not on play mode .

Hope someone can help me on all this issue .

Thanks & Regards
Sgleong .

Hi sgleong,

I am not quite sure where your problem is. I am guessing here but are you saying that the problem is the cameras not recording to the NVR?

Please be more specific.

I have the same problem. Even after a factory reset and running the wizard the cameras will show up as recording.  However, given a few hours, all cameras will end up back at "No recording".  I am running the latest firmware on the DNR-322L and all of the cameras.

Damn, I've got the same problem too - my unit stopped recording in February this year.  Now no matter what I set for the recording schedule, the status page shows:

Index Name Address Connection Status Recording Status Frame Rate Bit Rate
Load Camera Status...
1 FrontPorch 192.168.0.215 Connected No Recording 14.2 fps 4293.5 Kbps
2 Driveway 192.168.0.214 Disconnect No Recording 0.0 fps 0.0 Kbps
3 FrontPorch-2 192.168.0.210 Connected No Recording 15.0 fps 1414.1 Kbps
4 BackPatio 192.168.0.211 Connected No Recording 19.4 fps 2101.3 Kbps
5 Footpath 192.168.0.212 Connected No Recording 12.9 fps 2875.1 Kbps
6 BackDoorStep 192.168.0.216 Connected No Recording 10.2 fps 1419.1 Kbps
7 Hall 192.168.0.213 Connected No Recording 1.0 fps 463.9 Kbps

I have the same problem. As suggested by one of the members here, I managed to turn on the recording from mydlink. This is a bug? Weird behavior and dlink should fix this in next release.

Hello everybody,

Unfortunately, I have the same mistake. I see all the cameras via the web interface of the DNR-322L and can also see them via the app.
A recording is only possible if I start it on the computer.
A recording schedule is configured in the web interface of the DNR-322L and it should always record.
Funny thing is on the side of the recording schedule is "Manual recording: Enabled".
Does this have to change from manual to schedule somewhere? At the top, the item "Recording on schedule" is selected.

Of course, the latest firmware is installed

Could someone solve the problem?

greeting
Markus

Hello everybody,
For me, I finally got it now. By default, the recording appears to be on manual recording. You can configure a time response, but unfortunately this only starts when you press the recording button in the web gui on the "Live Video" tab (see manual version 2.10 on page 77). This ends manual recording and the DNR-322L works according to the configured schedule.

At least it helped me and the recording works now.

Regards,
Markus
