Business Solutions > Support > Contact Support

Fill in the form and you get a message "The specified URL cannot be found"

In case it matters here's the form data: Category = "Networking - other". OS = Win 7 Pro 64-bit. Browsers tested = Chrome & Firefox

Note there is a very similar (probably identical) issue dated 11/14/2012 marked as fixed.

What product model did you choose? I tested this and used your form data and selected DSR-500N and it successfully processed the submission.

Business Solutions > Support > Contact Support

Fill in the form and you get a message "The specified URL cannot be found"

In case it matters here's the form data: Category = "Networking - other". OS = Win 7 Pro 64-bit. Browsers tested = Chrome & Firefox

Note there is a very similar (probably identical) issue dated 11/14/2012 marked as fixed.
