When submitting an email support ticket for the DIR-645 and after inputting all required data, the following error is display after clicking the submit button:
"The specified URL cannot be found."
http://www.dlink.com/us/en/home-solutions/support/contact-support

This is using a Mac Book Pro, OSX 10.8.2 and Safari v6.0.1 and Opera v12.02.

This is also producible using Windows 7 x64,  and IE9

It's likely that the two sites (legacy/new)route to the same email address.

I have not seen a confirmation email from D-Link regarding that my submission has been delivered or any response or review of the submission yet.

Not sure if this is a bug or what, but I've noticed there isn't a way to choose the revision of the following devicies

DAP-1522
DIR-825
DIR-615

So there's no way to get a back up or redownload the firmware for my specific routers/bridge. Is this by design?
