volume missing on my DNS-343-4TB

I was backing up my computer windows 7 PC and it stop with an error. now my nas said no volume how do i get my volume back  :'(

How is your DNS-343 configured? (i.e. RAID-1, RAID-5, multiple Standard Volumes, etc)
Log into the web interface and look under STATUS. Can you see the Volume(s)?

If everything checks out, this may be a simple case of having to remap the DNS-343 as a network drive.
