My dcs 2121 ip camera was working fine till I tried  to update firmware 1.05(update_DCS-2102_DCS-2121_1.05_patch01_4927.bin). The IE screen mentioned update was ok(Firmware update successful:
The camera will now reboot, please wait for 0 seconds) but my IP camera never come back after reboot! the red light in front never goes off. The camera is connected to my Windows 7 PC directly through a a network cable. no able to rest the camera as well 

anyone can help ?

The rear of the DCS-2121 contains a "Reset" button. If you hold this button for > 30 seconds, the camera will revert to the factory default settings. This procedure will reset the factory default firmware and erase all your settings.  So, if you can access the camera, you should save all your settings before proceeding.

I tried a few times using a paperclip to RESET(at the side) for >1min but the red red light refused to go off.

Are you able to login to the camera web interface? If so, can you upload an older version of the firmware?

I can't detect the camera at both the setup wizard or web interface

Connect the camera to a port on your router, not directly to your PC.
