One of my employees decided to try and update the firmware on two of my dcs-950's.  Somehow he bricked both units.  I get no response from the units other then a solid orange light.  When connected to my switch it doesn't event show that it is connected.  Holding the reset does not work, nor holding the reset while powering up.

Any advice?
