Seeking Advice on Breaking into Voice Work
« on: December 18, 2025, 06:00:03 AM »

Hi everyone,

I’m exploring opportunities in voice work and wanted to get some insights. I’ve noticed a lot of demand for professionals who can deliver polished, engaging recordings. Specifically, I’m curious about the skills, training, and equipment needed to succeed as Commercial Voice Over Artists.

How do experienced voice actors land steady gigs, and what are common pitfalls to avoid early on? Are there particular platforms or agencies you’d recommend for someone just starting?

Any tips on building a strong demo reel would be greatly appreciated.
