I’ve been hearing a lot about gut health and how stool testing can reveal important insights about digestion, microbiome balance, and even food sensitivities. I’m curious if anyone here has done
gut health stool testing either through a doctor or a home kit.
Were the results helpful or actionable? Did it lead to any changes in diet or supplements that made a difference? Also, how accurate are these tests, and are some brands better than others?
