Dlink Da-3320 access point disconnecting

I had fixed 4 dlink da 3320 outdoor accespoint. these wifi devices are connected to a POS device via wifi. the POS devices connected to Dlink are getting lost connection , not getting proper wifi signal.

if we restart the wifi devices, the POS dveice and mobile will be connected to normal and function properly.  May i know what is the route cause. is there any setting to be changed, Do we need to connect any other devices to get the wifi signal

Please advice

Please confirm the model is a DAP?

  • What Hardware version is your DAP? Look at the sticker under the DAP.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DAPs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What hardware revision and firmware version are you running on the DAP-3320s?

What POS system are you using?

Are all 4 access points dropping connectivity? At the same time or all random times?

Has this been happening since you installed or was it working before and is now not working?

How far away are the POS devices from the access points?
