Can't get my 932L to add to mydlink acct

I have 3 cameras, 2 -932L's and one 930.  I have the dlink main console software installed and all 3 cameras are setup viewable recording no issues, my iphone has the dlink app installed but I can only see 2 of my cameras one of the 932L and the 930.

Things I have tried so far with no luck (remember this camera is in my network, shows fine in main console, i just can't get mydlink.com or mydlink app to add the camera).

I have reset the camera totally with a paperclip and re-run the wizard, everything installs fine until it asks for my dlink info (user name and password) which I do know and have verified thru chrome browser, but it just times out.

Then in the app via iphone there is an add camera button I tried that using WPS it goes thru all the steps and at the end says it can't connect to the camera.  The green light flashes vs staying constant, however it still works fine in the main console app to see view record etc.

It seems the problem I have is that the actual mydlink.com and iphone app just won't let me add this camera to my other 2, it used to all work fine but oneday I got a red X on that one camera, figured no biggie just reset it, since then nothing can't get the mydlink.com or iphone app version to even find see or list this camera yet via ip address I can sign in go thru menus, it shows fine in my main console software, I just want to be able to access it like the other two via my iphone for times I am away from the computer and don't have access to the main console software.

Any suggestions?

  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Have you turned OFF ALL cameras accept for the one your trying to add then see if you can get the 2nd one installed and attached?

Try a different browser, IE11 or FF ESR...
Is Java up to date as well?
