Recording issue

i have a 930L cam and 202L nvr the firmware of the nvr is v2.04.03 and its date is Jul 21 2016 the problem is that the nvr stops recording each 2-3days but the cam is working online and to make it record again i must reconfigure the nvr and while setting it up again i found that the cam needs its password to work again ... Plz how can i solve this problem ? THX.

What Mfr and model is the main host router?

im from egypt and i'm using a router provided by my isp ... i have a dlink router and advice to switch to the dlink router ? THX

I'm using ZXHN H108N V2.5 router and i have Dlink 2750U
