Dcs932L Front led is always red

I have a dcs932L and since some days frontal led is always red and rear led is blu. I tried to reset but nothing changes. Have you any suggestion for me?

So after resetting the camera and walking thru the set up wizard software, the camera does not come pack online?
Do you mean the four front LEDs that are the IR LEDs?

Do you mean the four front LEDs that are the IR LEDs?

No, I mean the power led under the lens: this led normally is green when the camera works right

Are you able to set up the camera using the set up software?
Does the camera get an IP address from your main host router when connected with a LAN cable?

I connected via ethernet cable cam and router but cam it s not visible, I tried to reset but led is always red. What can I do?
It has not an ip address when connected with lan cable

I might have someone check the power voltage and amp at the power adapters tip, see if anything is bad there, if not, I would presume the camera has had a good life and needs to be replaced...
