dwl-8610ap reboot everytime

Hi people! I have four dwl-8610ap in my work, but two reboot every time. I power on and in 20 seconds he reboot. Help me please! Thanks!

What Hardware version is your DWL? Look at the sticker under the DAP.

What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DWLs web page under status.
I do not have access to the web, as it restarts all the time, I can not access, but I upgraded a year earlier.

What region are you located?
Brazil

Are these new units or has this just started happening?
Of the four units that I have, about six months ago happened with the first unit, and yesterday happened to the second.

I would get these units down and try a factory reset on them and see if you can get them to stay online after the reset and set up from scratch.
Have someone check the power adapter tip for voltages and amps. Should be same as listed on the power adapter sticker.

If nothing works to fix this, I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
