Hi All,

I bought this new Dlink camera and installed & setup using mydlink Home app (as instructed in the manual). Now I can connect to the camera as long as my iPhone7 is connected to the home Wifi. When I try to connect using cellular data or another wifi, the app gives an error that it can not connect to the camera. Please can you let me know how to fix this.
I checked and the wifi router is not blocking the camera.

  • What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?

What iOS version are you using on the iPhone?
