Preset Positions & Push Notifications

All my preset positions are gone in the app, I believe since the last 3.6.6 update.  Also could have been ios10?  The only thing that shows is Home.  Presets all reappeared today for a while, then disappeared again.  I tried deleting and recreating them, rebooting the cameras and unplugging.  Happening on both 5010l's, 5020l and 5222l.  Phone iphone 6s ios 10.0.1
Also push notifications for motion detection stopped on two cameras.  This happened right after the Service Maintenance 9/19/2016.  I suspect both problem are tied to backend work that messes cameras up.

I think this maybe an app problem and needs to be addressed and reviewed by D-Link support. I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

Same issue here - I have 9 cameras, different models, push notifications are either non-existent or severely delayed the last week-ish here. At times the push notifications get unchecked in the app too, which was an issue in the past and easily fixed, but now nothing.  The lack of sound notification has been missing for some time though, a couple months at least.  You would think this issue would be more obvious to D-Link.  I realize they may be more responsive to phone support calls, but I work nights, for example, and email is much more convenient.  I've received no response from the company and I am beginning to become very disappointed.

I have to agree, calling is the way to go.  They are great here in Canada.  They escalated the problem we are having to their network engineers who are constantly calling me back as they work on it.  They are saying a app update likely broke something in some cameras with some phones and will be doing another update to fix them.

Yes notifications is severely delayed in some cases. On my android nexus 5x I do not get audio notifications but we do get them on ios platform...
Waiting for an app fix.
