Presets are not visible on Mobile App anymore

Hello All,

I am hoping to get some help here.  I have been using my DCS-5222LB successfully on this Mobile App for many months.   Starting one week ago, I am no longer able to see or use the multiple presets that i have defined in the camera from the Mobile app.  It only shows the HOME preset.  I have 7 presets defined in the camera.  I can see and access the presents from the IP address config.  I can also see and access the presets by logging into the us.mydlink.com website.  It doesn't work from this Mobile App.  I have tried logging out and logging in.  I have deleted and reloaded the app from the app store.    None of thee actions have allowed me to access my presets using the Mobile App as I was able to previously.

I appreciate any help that can be provided.

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What mobile platform and version are you using?

Q: What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
A: Hardware version B

Q: What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
A: 2.13.01

Q: What region are you located?
A: USMP  (Dallas, Texas)

Q: What Mfr and model is the main host router?
A: Netgear Nighthawk R8500

Q: What mobile platform
A: Iphone 6 Plus

Q: What version are you using?
A: v3.6.3 build 2449

What iOS version are you using?

Can you post a picture of what your seeing on the phone?  Adding Screenshots In A Post

Had this been working on iOS 9.3.1 or had you recently updated iOS?

Hello alexccim

The issue has been found to be a valid bug in the current app version. The mydlink app team is working on posting a patch/fixed version of the app soon. Unfortunately, the issue showed up after applying a fix for another display problem we had on the prior version.  Although we don't have an updated ETA for the fixed App version, there shouldn't be too long before you get an App update from the app store. Apologies for the inconvenience guys!

I appreciate the response and I look forward to the fix.  Without the presets, it is very time consuming to use the camera remotely.
