No, I'm just trying to get an idea of how many people are having this issue and the details of the situation. As far as it stands now, it's not an issue. It's a error somewhere within the handling of SS and the units UI. whether thats a firmware issue or a simple unit failure is still to be determined.
Thats the problem. Along with MANY of the other issues reported in these forums we don't see this failure. I need as much information as I can get in order to address it.
