DCS-5020L not able to view video since plugin update

Since the latest plugin update on the mydlink  services Website.. I'm not able to see my camer's video anymore.. not on IE nor on Firefox!!! as before it was working perfectly!!!! I reinstalled the plugin once more... without success.. my other cameras 3pcs of DCS-932 are working fine!! anybody else having this issue.

It is working on the mydlink mobile app though.. and also with 3rd partie like ispy...bot not on Mydlink.com

Did you remove the plug in from the browser. Clear out all browser caches. Exit the browser then re-open the browser and then let the plug in re-install?

Still not working since update 1.13

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
