Cannot traceroute dsl-2520U ip in pppoe mode

Hello
When I run

traceroute MY_IP_ADDRESS show this output:

And after the 10.140.128.102 is my 2520 router, could you please help me to fix this issue?

  • What Hardware version is your modem? Look at the sticker under modem.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the modems web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

You might want to contact your ISP service and talk to a tech there about what your seeing...
The 1st (1) item is your modem. (2) is the ISP service. Anything after that is up to the ISP services and beyond. The ISP service or beyond may not support any route tracing.

Thanks but I check with my WiFi neighbour that have same ISP and she have not my problem, I'm sure this problem related to my router!

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
