Just logged into mydlink and it comes up with a firmware update warning

Firmware upgrade required!
Current version:1.05b01   Latest version:1.05b02
Maintenance release for advanced remote access support.

Having checked the support page it seems to be correct - new version 1.05b02 with release notes

BUT after installing new firmware I get this

"Unable to obtain the firmware information for the selected device"

after trying to connect via mydlink

Changed from 1.04. to 1.05.
Canīt connect my DNS-320L to mydlink.

I'm now assuming, because it has been deleted, that they have reproduced the error or others (like you) have commented here but it would be nice to know rather than not know.

So I will go back to 1.04b12 and have to wait for a fix.
mydlink.com is not useful at the Moment for DNS-320L.
There are no Problems with my dcs-930Lb Camera on mydlink.com

sorry but mydlink will still not function because it requires the firmware update - basically you can forget any access to mydlink until they fix the issue

I have offered them access via TeamViewer to view and test but I've had no reply as yet.

Just got this from DLink

This issue is caused by configuration setting and firmware compatibility issue. We will release a new version of firmware to resolve issue very soon. Thanks

Just got this revised firmware update from the very kind and efficient mydlink @ facebook - the only additional requirement is to ignore the mydlink update (click update later 2 times - see images below)

It would be nice to know when this fix will be, because I've only just recently purchased this and BOY!, when looking on here I wish I never did. Great home networking but on the outside can't access My Dlink and get that lovely whirring motion loading icon that never stops lol. Might send mine back for a refund if they do not find a fix.

Apologises Jonseyt23  - my excuse I haven't accessed mydlink for over 1 week but on checking today I have found a new firmware update request

I am just now installing firmware version 1.05b06 released 16/07/2015

Using the new firmware version 1.05b06 released 16th July - access is now restored via mydlink except you must update the uplayer plugin (if using chrome browser you need to restart chrome for the update to complete)
