Welcome!- Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
- What region are you located?
D-Link is aware of the problem and is working on it..
For now, do not set any reservations on the router for your devices. You can set static IP addresses ON the devices out side of the routers
DHCP IP address pool which will help avoid conflict in IP addressing until this is fixed.
I recommend factory resetting the router and then set up the router again, just don't set any IP reservations.
Please refrain from using profane language here in the forums!!!Thank you.

Are you joking....are you guys NEW? How the hell was this option omitted! I'm sitting here in my office where I am setting up a new PC. The old one died so it is no longer an option to reconnect it and delete the reserved IP. There are many processes over the network which rely on a static IP.......BUT I CAN'T SET THE IP BECAUSE THE UI IS MISSING THE OPTION TO REMOVE RESERVED IPs. At the very least when an IP conflict is detected there should be an option to replace the device.
