I am the owner of this DIR 655 and a loyal customer of D-Link. I switched from LinkSys to D-Link because you have a superior product and offer this DDNS service to the DIR 655.
Why are you jeopardizing this relationship?
Take note that I am 20 years in the IT industry and am quite current on the power of blogs, forums, and social networks influencing brand reputation.
This is now the 3rd Case ID in the past week. I expect this will be the final one on this matter.
You have my MAC, S/N, model #, my country, my name, and a photo of the complete label.
Now fix it, and advise me when completed.
