Mydlink app shows 933L in local but not in remote section. what could be the reason , it is new camera and was given for repair recently to service center because green light was not glowing

Is the green light being seen now on the camera?

What Mfr and model host router do you have?

  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?

What are you using to view the camera? What device?  What software?
