Camera Does Not Move
« on: July 03, 2014, 12:27:10 PM »

Hello,

I had preset patrol options on my cam before and then out of nowhere, my camera rebooted and the presets were gone and now I can no longer remotely move my camera in any direction, on ANY program(dlink.com, d-cam view, phone app).

I have the latest firmware: 1.12 / 3404

Thank in advance!

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

The first thing you should try is rebooting the camera. You may even consider disabling the power altogether for 30 seconds and then power-up.

If you are still unable to use the pan/tilt controls, try logging into the DCS-5222L web UI from a PC located on the same LAN as the camera? If the camera is function
