good day, I had a problem with my dcs-930L camera, which can not connect to the network, I have restored the factory settings the same with the reset button, but when I get to set the password tells me the following phrase "a problem occurred while saving changes. then click Next to try again" I restarted many times the camera I tried this several times but without success also. I hope you can help me. regards

what firmware version are you using?
Are you using the Setup Wizard that came with the camera or a version you downloaded from D-Link?

I had this issue and it was either a firmare / install software version mismatch or a problem with saving the password. Most likely it is the mismatch. However if they match, use the WPS button.
