UPDATE:
Even after unplugging the power to the camera and removing the Ethernet cable from the wireless router, I have had mixed successes on receiving motion detection emails with video files larger than a 50 k file. Since 11/14/2013 to 12/1/2013, I have received 118 motion detection emails with 85 of them containing a proper video file (~72% hit rate). There is no obvious pattern on why these errors continue to occur. I currently have the fastest internet speed allowed by Time Warner. My only limitation with my current camera setup is that I am not able to easily access the reset button on the camera to properly restart the camera.
My next line of attack is to reduce the size of the motion event file from a max of 5 MB to 3 MB.
