Home network with Verizon Wireless USB modem

OK,
I can’t find it anywhere.  How do I configure the EBR-2310 for a home network.  I have a Verizon Wireless Panatech 175 USB modem.

I’d like to create a home network using my home computer.  Then be able to connect to the home computer with my laptop utilizing Ethernet.

I wish I knew internet connections better, but alas… I don’t
