Printer won't work with v1.10

I installed firmware v1.10 and I could no longer print from any computer.
I tried reinstalling the printer. I could see it in the network explorer but it would not install.
Reverted back to v1.09 and the printer immediately started working properly again.

Windows 7
Canon Pixma ip5000

I had a similar problem. Even though it was the same printer there from 1.09 nothing would print.

When I finally deleted the printer from the PC, and then completely reinstalled it, including letting it install the same drivers again, everything was fine....
