DCS-930L/932L - Unable to Establish a Wireless Connection

This procedure addresses the inability for some DCS-930L/932L users to establish a wireless connection.

Procedure

If the WEP/Key for the router connected to your DCS-930L/932L is too long, change the router settings from 128 bit to 64 bit; select the ASCII option; and choose an alphanumeric 8-character pass-phrase. T may resolve the wireless connectivity issues. You may access your router settings via a web browser and entering the the router IP address in the URL field.
