Keep getting message "Maximum number of viewers reached"??

I keep getting a message "maximum number of viewers reached", "[DCS-942L]is already being viewed by 3 viewers. Please wait for a while, then click Refresh to try again."

I'm the only one viewing my camera.  I viewed it on 2 different computers & my phone, but i'm not viewing it on them any more??

How long have you been receiving this message? Were you using all three devices within a short time window?
