Some things to try:Ensure DNS IP addresses are being filled in under Setup/Internet/Manual? You can find these under Status/Device Info/Wan section. IP is given, tried accessing this IP with the properly forwarded port, no go.Turn off ALL QoS (DIR only) GameFuel (DGL only and if ON.) options. Advanced/QoS or Gamefuel. DoneTurn off Advanced DNS Services if you have this option under Setup/Internet/Manual.DoneTurn on DNS Relay under Setup/Networking.DoneSetup DHCP reserved IP addresses for all devices on the router. Setup/NetworkingDoneEnsure devices are set to auto obtain an IP address.DoneSet Firewall settings to Endpoint Independent for TCP and UDP.DoneTurn off all anti virus and firewall programs on PC while testing. 3rd party firewalls are not generally needed when using routers as they are effective on blocking malicious inbound traffic.Turn off all devices accept for one wired PC while testing.

Possible issue with this modem. Have seen numberous issues with Arris modems. What IP address are you seeing on the 651 router on the Status/Device Info/Wan section? 192.168.#.# or a ##.##.###.### address? The WAN IP Address : 75.176.110.139FYI, these modems have been know to be a source of connection issues with external routers.Can you access the modems web page at 192.168.100.1? I can.Do you have Phone service thru this modem or just internet data? I have both phone and internet.
