Cannot connect to Samsung Blu Ray Player

I have a Samsung BD-C5500 Blu Ray player and am using the Samsung PC Share Manager software.  For some reason, the software is not recognizing the player.  However, the player is able to connect to the internet (I stream Netflix).  I am running Windows XP service pack 3 and both my BD player and PC are connected to the same router (D-Link 601).  IP address for BD player is and PC is  BD player firmware is up to date.

i would contact the Mfr of the player and ask about the software troubleshooting options.
