I'm currently recieving an error "The Gateway is meausing your network connection... Plese wait" now and then for some reason. Usually the connection time is above 15 hours for my router, and then it gets this error. This happens when I load a page. Then after about 30 secs, it reconnects to the internet. How can I stop this from happenening? I have the latest firmware, etc.

This is an indication that your router has just restarted or is trying to negotiate a connection with the WAN.  Neither reason is good news -- something is probably wrong unless you made a configuration change or just plugged the thing in or if you don't have an "always on" type of Internet connection. 

To shorten (but not necessarily eliminate) this time, go to Advanced - QOS Engine and set a manual upload speed setting appropriate to your Internet connection.

Alright, should I restore my router to factory settings. And how do I check if I have my internet connection to "Always on". I have "Always on" for reconnect mode. Is this the same thing?

Not necessarily, perhaps only if nothing seems to be working.  it's always a good idea to start from some known-clean point if you're no longer confident in your settings.

Ok, well i reset the router to factory settings, but it still disconnected after awhile. So I decided to close utorrent on the laptop, because it was being used on both computers, and now the internet doesn't disconnect. Its been going on for 15 hours so far. Could the uTorrent running on both computers through the router be a reason why these disconnections were happeneing?

Not so much because it was on using two computers, but because uTorrent uses so many connections.  You can actually bring many lower-cost routers to their knees using apps that make a ton of connections. 

Set the Global Max number of connections really low (100 each).  Turn off DHT.  Set your uplink speed correctly (remember to divide by 2 if both will be using it).  Both should work.

No, except that I know that it's in uTorrent's options.  (I use Linux and uTorrent doesn't run on it.)

nvm, everything is working fine now. Internet is not disconnecting/reconnecting anymore. Just had to close uTorrent on one of the comps.
