Lycan, or any other D-Link rep,

I remember you posting somewhere that this isn't a support forum... but when you contact support and no one answers... what are we supposed to do?

Two e-mails and a phone call and nothing. Is there any tech support for this product?

Heya,

I just read your previous thread, I'll reply there as well. But yes, this product is supported of course. I'm not sure what number you've been calling but the D-Link phone support number is 1877-453-5465. Feel free to call them and address your concerns with them.

I've called the number that is on the tech support page, which I believe is the number you provided. I'll try them again today if I don't get a response from you via this page.

I also still have received NO response via e-mail.
