I can't access Securespot 2.0

I just upgraded to the release version 1.21 and I cannot get securespot to give me the trial access window. I am running Windows Vista 64 bit Ultimate. Could this be the reason? I also have installed Network Magic full version. All I can get to is the loging window to make changes but since I don't have an account I can't get in.
How can I get to the trial screen???
