No internet , cant access router menu

Hi guys,

Today my router stopped working for some reason, a few days ago i upgraded to windows 7 and everything was working fine for a couple of days until this morning. My router is connected to a surge suppressor and this morning the power at my house went off and after that the routers internet light stopped working. Before the power went out the internet was working fine. The other lights on the router work, i tried powering it off for a minute and also doing a factory reset but nothing.

There is no wireless signal
I cant access the router menu anymore
I tried reinstalling it but i get an "Error 103: Internet connection not verified.

When i plug the cable directly in my computer i have internet but when i plug it into the router the internet light does not flash, any ideas?? Thanks
