Issues seeing dns 323 with dsm 750's mce interface

Hey everyone
I have done a few searches and have not come up with an answer to this one but if it has been asked and answered sorry, and please point me in the right direction.

Equipment:
DIR 825
DNS 323
DSM 750 (Wired)
Vista MCE (Wired)

So I have the DNS set up and mapped in vista; i can see and access all of the files and folders on the DNS through the vista computer itself and I have set two folders as watch folders. When I try to add additional watch folders through the DSM 750's Media center interface the folders do not show up anywhere. Additionally, the network/shared drives on my Macbook Pro do not show up either.

Any solutions, or work arounds?
