inter vlan routing and load balancing

i have a des-3326sr i want to be able to configure 3 vlans 1 vlan for a internet conection another vlan for another seprate internet conection and another vlan for my lan. vlan 1 will be 192.168.1.1/24 the router ip is 192.168.1.254 for that vlan for vlan 2 ip address will be 192.168.2.1/24 and router will be 192.168.2.254 and vlan 3 192.168.3.1/24 i have configured rip v2 on all ip interfaces i can ping from my lan vlan to all vlan interfaces but i cant ping the routers i need help configuring this this is actually the firsty time me working on a layer 3 switch i have configuiered cisco switches and router so i need some help. and hi to all and thank you for your time.

Well, somebody doesn't have the route they need, ensure that the routing tables on all 3 devices (testing PC, switch, router) look like what you think they should.
