D-ViewCam v3.0 available now!! ... Works in 64bit!!
Have it working just fine on Windows 7 32-bit. All bells and whistles seem just fine. Just 2 920's, but it is a start. Going to install and test on Vista 64-bit now. Delete option more hidden inside backup now, but still 'findable'. Web-interface still needs some work, and it takes about 20% more CPU than 2.04 and 2.05, but still low. Much more mature products. Great!

Is it possible to use older DLink cameras like DCS-950G? I was using DVIEWCam 2.05 but it has several issues.

Still have some little issues when starting Playback in 64-bit mode. Bit finicky on registry...
20/4/2010: Resolution should, for this version, not exceed 1280x1024 on 64 bit machines. Rest works fine. Remote desktop with 1280x1024 into localhost will work fine on local/remote playback with a screen you don't want to resize.

The link to download doesn't work Try removing the first "ftp://". Use this: ftp.dlink.com/Multimedia/D-View%20Cam/DViewCam_300.zip I can confirm it does work on Vista64! WyreNut

I tried to use D-ViewCam v3.0 with Windows 7 64 bit and it does install. Only problem is, it doesn't look like it will support my DCS-G900 cameras. Will it ever support the DCS-G900 camera?

I managed to get it to work with my DCS-G900 cameras by manually inputting the IP configuration information and ignoring the error message of conflicting devices.

Was able to get the software installed on a workstation running Windows 7 64 bit just fine. On another laptop I installed it so I can monitor the same cameras from another location or when I travel I get and error when the application runs:
The license is invalid. (Error code:2268435460)
I have searched for this and haven't found any reference to it.
Thanks in advance for any help.

The new V3.11 version it is now working fine on high-res 64-bit Windows boxes. Alas the multi-channel Playback still is not there... V3.11 is a small step over V3.01, but we will be keeping alert on new versions.

With regard the the d-viewcam license invalid error -
I finally found a solution - Uninstall your Dview cam completely hit up regedit and delete the software key for dviewcam completely reboot <--- Crucial!! Install 3.11 -> working!
Woo Hoo!

Very odd that you needed to uninstall, reboot and install. With me it just upgraded from 3.01 to 3.11 on all boxes without even blinking. GUI is slightly different (mostly black vs grey on buttons), but all in all working fine now on 64-bit OS with high-res screen. And the added Export/Save log does help to find historical saves. Still open for me: * multi-channel playback * event-driven playback (i.e. quickly locate motion detected and play from there on like V2 had) * shorter options on skip-steps (1 min minimum is too large, or allow speeded-reverse play like V2 had)
