Router is non-responsive
« on: January 24, 2010, 06:20:12 PM »

Gentlemen,

My DIR-330 has become non-responsive.  I can't ping it at all.  Did several hard resets.  I believe the firmware has become corrupted because I can hold the reset button in on power up for 12 seconds and bring up the emergency firmware recovery screen.  At this point, it will allow me to select the 1.12 firmware file and send it, but it just hangs and then times out.  Is there some other firmware file besides 1.12 that should be used for recovery?  Any other suggestions to recover or test the router?

Thanks! techparts
