There are more icons/option when I use MS IE v11 than when I use Firefox v53, in the camera's Live Video page.
With FF, I only have a Snapshot icon.
With MS IE, I have Snapshot, Recording, Set Storage Folder, and Listen icons.

There maybe some compatibility issues with recent FF version as they have started to close off plugin support on there browsers.

You might try the ESR version of FF and see if you get any changes...
