Can Connect only to Intranet

I can connect my replacement 932L  to the intranet and dview cam but it will not connect to my dlink.  I keep getting unable to find internet errors although my internet is fine.  Dlink support won't help me because my camera is old.  Will you help me?  I would be so grateful!
