Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • What region are you located?

How long have you had the router?
Might have someone check the power adapter tip for correct voltage and amps. If this is ok, possible router is bad.

Can you get to the recovery web page at all by doing this?
Emergency Recovery Mode

If not and the power adapter is not bad, I would presume the router is probably bad.  :-\

Version A1
Philippines

We had the router since 2017 but it was stuck in the storage room since then. I just opened it yesterday and found this problem. the adapter is correct. 12volts 2.5A

And I can't go to the emergency recovery mode. is there any possible means to fix this? or is it time to dispose this one?

Sounds like the router is bad. Sorry, not much else I can think of. Storage room environment controlled? If not, possible humidity damaged the electronics.  :-\
