Okay so pls help me, cause I know absolutely nothing about anything here. I consider it a great victory to even have gotten this far. Anyhow I purchased this thing like a month and a half ago and anytime I turn it off and back on the 5GHz connection disappears and it just takes forever to get it back if I can even get it back this time. Obviously turning it off and back on doesn't work or I'd not have to ask you guys about it.
Anyone who has had the same issue and knows how to fix it?
And let me just tell you right away I can't answer any questions about anything technical whatsoever. Connected devices includes a Samsung Smart TV, a PS4, my Android phone and my Lenovo pc.

Please please please help me.

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

Internet Service Provider and Modem Configurations
  • What ISP Service do you have? Cable or DSL?
  • What ISP Modem Mfr. and model # do you have?
